Awards Nomination Process
Select the corresponding award to nominate. All Award nominations require:

- Completed nomination form (from the nominator) nomination form includes the nominator and nominee’s contact information, and a brief statement from the nominator that addresses the nominees achievements, impact, especially in alignment with the objectives of the specific award, how the achievements and contributions advance AMWA’s mission, vision, and values.
- One letter of support (from someone other than the nominator) that addresses the nominees achievements, impact, especially in alignment with the objectives of the specific award, how the achievements and contributions advance AMWA’s mission, vision, and values.
- Nominee’s Curriculum Vitae for the Nominee
- Nominee’s Brief Biosketch
- Nominee’s Photo (for use on the AMWA Website)
Note: Self-Nomination’s are not accepted. In order to be eligible for the award, the awardee must be present at the Awards Presentation Ceremony during the AMWA Annual Meeting.
Exceptional Mentor Nomination Process
Nomination Form Requires:
