Leadership Council INSPIRE Award
The INSPIRE Awards, given by the AMWA Leadership Council, recognize women physicians who personally and/or professionally provide inspiration to other physicians or students through expert and compassionate patient-oriented medical care, or through mentorship, or service to the community. Membership in AMWA is not required for nominators or nominees. Awardees are announced in September during Women in Medicine month.
