Crystal Joseph, MD
Crystal Joseph, MD is a PGY-1 Transitional Year resident who will be doing her anesthesiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Originally from New Jersey, she went to Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and graduated with a B.S in Biological Sciences. She recently graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine and is finishing her transitional year at St. Luke’s University Health Network prior to her anesthesiology residency training. When she isn’t studying or working, Crystal loves dancing and choreographs dance pieces. She is passionate about mentorship and DEI, currently serving as a diversity and equity committee resident representative for the Women in Anesthesiology-Medical Student Component. Crystal has been a part of AMWA since medical school, working with her AMWA medical school chapter at Drexel University College of Medicine. She looks forward to celebrating and recognizing AMWA residents for their achievements as the Awards Chair.
