I have extensive teaching, curriculum development and leadership experience, chairing multiple committees, and leading change within my own institution, with my current focus being on developing an antiracism/antibias curriculum. Since 2019, I have been exclusively coaching female physician leaders (and female physicians who are going through divorce), helping to manage conflict and make the best decisions possible for yourselves and your families, while remaining in alignment with your values and goals.
Dr. Ludmer completed an internal medicine/pediatrics residency and an adolescent health fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. In addition, I earned a Masters’s degree in medical education Leadership at the University of New England in Maine.

Dr. Malcolm is certified at the ACC level by the International Coaching Federation, a certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach and a Certified Physician Development Coach. After six years in a private obstetrics and gynecology practice, I became a certified success coach and founded Essence of Strength. I am now a certified success coach and physician satisfaction specialist with a focus on helping early career physicians design lives they genuinely like inside and outside of work by being as intentional about your sense of satisfaction and well-being as you have been about your success. Using my Five Essential Strengths system as a framework, I help clients identify, implement and maintain the habits that promote personal and professional success with satisfaction.

Tracy Asamoah, MD

I am a certified physician coach with additional training in Embodied Awareness and Leadership Through Emotional Awareness. After nearly 10 years of practice, I opened a private practice in psychiatric and coaching practices as well as write for a variety of platforms including GoodRX, Psychology Today, Psychotherapy.net, Better Humans (a Medium Publication), and KevinMD. As a coach, I partner with women physicians who are feeling stuck, helping you to clarify your personal and professional identity. Together, we will design an action plan to grow towards the life you envision. My approach is to support you in clarifying your strengths and values, using this increased awareness to develop a learning agenda and creating an action plan to take full advantage of your internal and external resources.
Dr. Asamoah completed medical school at the University of California at San Francisco and did both a general psychiatry residency and a child and adolescent fellowship at the David Geffen UCLA School of Medicine. She was an assistant professor at both the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and the Texas A&M School of Medicine and she worked in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient community-based clinics, and inpatient and residential treatment settings.

A retired hospitalist, I am an International Coach Federation certified coach for women physicians, especially for those who aspire to leadership roles. My commitment stems from recognizing that women physicians are severely under-represented in the leadership space, yet have natural talents and abilities that too often go unrecognized or are not given a chance to develop. I also believe that financial freedom is key to gaining control of one’s professional and personal life, giving you more choice to create a work-life balance that works. I also focus on other essential leadership skills such as how to lead teams, resolve conflic, and have courageous conversations.
Dr. Yashoda went to medical school in India. She took a break to be a stay-at-home parent in Kuwait where her husband worked at the medical school. When she returned to the US, she was able to complete an Internal Medicine residency in El Paso Texas. She was board certified in internal medicine and a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

I practiced anesthesiology and critical care medicine for about a decade and then I left clinical medicine to pursue my dream life. In addition to practicing as a Certified Life Coach for women, I am a professional artist, mindfulness teacher, and, most recently, owner and baker of my solopreneur bakery. My passion is to “coach a village to health” so I am committed to helping healthcare practitioners thrive in the moment, find balance in self-care to prevent burnout, and explore what is in your way to become your best self.
