Focus: Relationships
I have many in physicians in my family and have also coached doctors so I am familiar with issues medical professionals struggle with. Physicians and aspiring physicians, especially women, are often focused on healing and taking care of others and may have a hard time acknowledging their feelings and considering or valuing their own needs. Due to their busy lives, medical professionals may also not prioritize relationships with self and others. I noticed the coaches who are highlighted are mostly physicians and none focus on helping clients with relationship struggles. I am a relationship coach and former attorney also trained in mediation with nearly 10 years of experience coaching couples as well as individuals with relationship challenges. I can help people to repair and strengthen their important relationships, including the one with themselves. Though I’m not a medical professional, I am comfortable working with them and aware of their unique struggles. I offer fresh perspective as well as unique skills and expertise to help them transform their relationships and lives for the better.
