Pamela Ludmer, MD, MMEL

Associate Dean for Curriculum Integration at New York Medical College School of Medicine, Valhalla, New York

I have extensive teaching, curriculum development and leadership experience, chairing multiple committees, and leading change within my own institution, with my current focus being on developing an antiracism/antibias curriculum. Since 2019, I have been exclusively coaching female physician leaders (and female physicians who are going through divorce), helping to manage conflict and make the best decisions possible for yourselves and your families, while remaining in alignment with your values and goals.

Dr. Ludmer completed an internal medicine/pediatrics residency and an adolescent health fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. In addition, I earned a Masters degree in medical education Leadership at the University of New England in Maine.
