Mindy Gillis has worked in Human Resources (HR) in Leadership and Organization Development for 13+ years in at an Academic Healthcare Organization and has a Master’s in Education with a focus on Leadership and Organization Development. Currently, she is focusing on executive coaching, strategy development, succession management, and 360-Degree/other Assessments. Through executive coaching, she has coached within many different levels of executive leadership roles for the past 8+ years. Coach and consult physician clients to improve their leadership capabilities to achieve professional and organizational goals. Excellent speaking and facilitation skills and has delivered hundreds of courses/workshops with individuals, teams, and organizations with topics around emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, and effective communication.
Mindy is certified in Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC, EQI 2.0, EQI2.0 360, Change Management, and Real Colors.
