The Issues that Women in Medicine Continue to Face

This interview discusses a project funded by the AMA Giambalvo grant with Dr. Kim Templeton, Dr. Anne Walling, and Dr. Kari Nelson. The article was published in January and describes the issues that women continue to face, regardless of their seniority or experience in medicine. We need to improve the careers of women physicians, regardless of their age, as bias, harassment, and gendered expectations outside of work never go away.
