Meeting with Dr. Kim Schrier

AMWA Board Member Dr. Ana Viamonte Ros attended a reception for Dr. Kim Schrier, the first woman physician (Pediatrician, State of Washington) to serve in the House of Representatives. The reception was held this month in Miami, Florida when Dr. Schrier met with Representative Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. Rep Schrier is committed to expanding healthcare access, protecting women’s health, advocating for the use of pediatric vaccines, and representing the interests of her mostly rural  constituency.
