On Wednesday, July 13 @ 10 am ET, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee held “a hearing to examine reproductive care in a post-Roe America, focusing on barriers, challenges, and threats to women’s health.” Witnesses include:

On Wednesday, July 13, the House Committee on Oversight and Reform held a hearing: “The Impact of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs Decision on Abortion Rights and Access Across the United States.”
On Thursday, July 14, the House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing entitled “What’s Next: The Threat to Individual Freedoms in a Post-Roe World.”

On Tuesday, July 19 @ 10:30 am ET, the House Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the Energy and Commerce Committee will hold a hearing: “Roe Reversal: The Impacts of Taking Away the Constitutional Right to an Abortion.” Information for this hearing, including the Committee Memorandum, witnesses, testimony, and a live webcast will be posted HERE, as they become available.
