AMWA Leader Dr. Saralyn Mark participated in the International Space Medicine Summit 2017 which was held at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy in Houston, TX, from November 2-5, 2017. Dr. Mark’s work has focused on sex and gender issues in space medicine and more recently, the founding of the iGIANT initiative (impact of Gender/sex on Innovation And Novel Technologies).
