Sonia Bhandari Randhawa, MD
Dr. Sonia Bhandari Randhawa is a second year OBGYN resident at Reading Hospital. After completing three years of General Surgery residency, Dr. Randhawa switched into OBGYN to pursue a career in women’s health. Her goal is to enable women through knowledge. She is launching a project in AMWA that is focused on teaching adolescent sexual health education courses. During fall of 2020, Dr. Randhawa will be traveling to northern India to teach this curriculum to young women in orphanages. Please contact her if you’d like to work on creating the course curriculum, donate feminine hygiene products for the orphanages, or teach the courses with us to the young women in India! This is a great opportunity to educate these women so they can make healthier life decisions and empower their lives. She look forward to hearing from you!
