The 4^th annual National Injury Prevention Day (NIPD), recognized annually on November 18^th, is designed to raise awareness about the burden of injury and violence and the need for change. It is dedicated to educating and empowering communities to make a difference and work toward reducing injuries and deaths.
Some of the nation’s leading injury and violence prevention organizations will come together to raise awareness about the burden of injury and violence and empower communities to make safe choices for their families as they live, learn and play.
