Join us as the Mentorship Committee welcomes Iowa Carver’s College of Medicine Assistant Director of Admissions, Amy A’Hearn, to discuss medical school interviews and admissions for specialty programs. We will discuss general interview strategies, preparation, and approaches for unique tracks and programs that schools offer.

Amy A’Hearn is originally from Naperville, IL. She first came to Iowa City for her bachelors degree, and returned after her masters to serve as a director of professional development, as well as the assistant director of MD admission at the Iowa Carver College of Medicine since 2014. Amy is a proud mom of two.
