Kellie Stecher, MD is an OBGYN and Co-Founder and President of Patient Care Heroes, as well as the Governor of the 7th district of the American Medical Women’s Association, and advisor to multiple other companies focusing on patient and staff safety, and mental health. She has won the Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine’s Top Doctors’ Rising Star award for the last three years. She was recently runner up for The Sharp Index: Physician Well-being Leader of the Year. She also won a silver Anthem Award. Her work has made her an invaluable contributor to both local and national publications, news, and podcasts. Her focus is on advocacy and policy change, centering around safety and equity. She is the author of the book, Delivering, which is out now. The book is meant to empower women, mothers, working women, women in healthcare, and to inspire change.

Navin Goyal, M.D. is a physician and entrepreneur who serves as CEO of LOUD Capital, early-stage venture capital and alternative investment firm leveraging capital, entrepreneurship, and education to grow impactful companies across the globe. Before co-founding LOUD Capital, Navin practiced anesthesiology in a large hospital-based setting and was the Medical Director of a community hospital for several years. The beginning of his entrepreneurial journey was co-founding OFFOR Health (formerly SmileMD), a venture-backed mobile healthcare company that expands access to care across the United States with a dedicated focus on lower-income and rural communities.
Dr. Jonathan Fisher is an inspiring speaker and passionate leader committed to healing the heart of healthcare and ending the public health crisis of clinician burnout. Dr. Fisher is a practicing cardiologist and an Organizational Well-Being and Resiliency Program leader for 38,000 healthcare team members at Novant Health. In that role, he facilitates leadership training, and communication workshops, as well as mindfulness and compassion, retreats for healthcare providers and leaders. He is involved in research studying the impact of mindfulness and compassion practice on healthcare delivery. Dr. Fisher also serves as a Medical Director for the Novant Health Cardio-Pulmonary-Oncology Rehabilitation & Wellness Program and helped introduce the first formal mindfulness training programs for patients. He is also the founder of Mind Heart Now LLC.
