Zainab Farzal is a surgeon-scientist track resident physician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. She completed her MD from UT-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and her MPH at University of North Carolina. She is the Conference Co-Chair for the resident division of AMWA, and also serves as the Vice Chair of the Section for Residents and Fellows in the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Her interests include social media, research, politics, and human rights.
