Neelum Aggarwal, MD

At the local and national level, Dr. Aggarwal has continued to work with community based organizations that promote the health and social well being of women. She has encouraged medical students that she mentors to become involved in these organizations as well. She is presently working with members of the Asian community and local medical clinics, to develop and provide cultural and gender-specific medical programming to their patients and physician members. As a recent awardee and graduate of the American Academy of Neurology’s Palatucci Advocacy Leadership Forum, she has honed her Advocacy skills, and successfully advocated for Women’s Health concerns at the past AWMA Advocacy Day in the spring of 2011.
