Jeanette L. Morrison is Associate Dean for Medical Education and Innovation and Associate Professor of Medicine at Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She attended medical school at the University of Illinois and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland and fellowship training as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at the University of Chicago.
She has been a faculty member at Chicago Medical School since 2004; prior to her current role, she served as the course director for Essentials of Clinical Reasoning, program director for the Internal Medicine Residency program, and Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education. Her academic interests include curriculum design, assessment of clinical performance, and professional development.
Dr. Morrison is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is the recipient of the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award, the Lawrence R. Medoff Award, and the Department of Medicine Distinguished Clinical Educator Award.
