AMWA National Leadership Election Information
AMWA's student division grows and advances only through the efforts of dedicated student leaders like you! Each national leadership position varies greatly with respect to responsibility and time commitment, however, each requires a passion for advancing women in medicine, as well as excitement for and dedication to AMWA. National leaders are elected by student vote each year at the AMWA Annual Meeting.

Student Poster Presentations
The deadline to submit an abstract for the 2014 will be released in the upcoming months.
Abstracts accepted for Poster Presentation at the Annual Meeting will be eligible for Young Women in Science Awards. Please email us with any questions.
Travel Grants offered by AMWA
The deadline to apply for a travel grant for the 2014 meeting will be released in the upcoming months.
AMWA student members are eligible to apply for support in traveling to the Annual AMWA Meeting. Please email us with any questions.
Find a Roommate for the Annual Conference
Looking for a roommate for the conference to cut down on hotel costs? If you are a member of AMWA and would like access to the roommate share file, this information will become available closer to the conference date. We'll help you get in contact with other students who need roommates!
