Negotiating the Pay Divide at the National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health
Last week the American Medical Women’s Association sponsored a conference entitled, “Negotiating the Pay Divide” at the National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health at Indiana University. AMWA Board Member and Executive Director of the National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health at Indiana University, Dr. Theresa Rohr-Kirchgraber, led the discussion.
Unfortunately, women physicians earn $17,000 less than their male counterparts upon their entry into the healthcare workforce.
